Rotator Cuff Injury: How Is It Diagnosed?

One can never be submitted into laser treatments or any other procedures without accurate diagnosis. To be sure that you are qualified to undergo laser treatments for rotator cuff, the doctor or chiropractor will have you undergo a series of tests to be sure that you are qualified to receive tee treatment.

To diagnose a rotator cuff injury, a physical exam will be done first. This involves movements of the shoulders and arms to determine which exact part is having a problem. Typically, a physical exam is enough to diagnose, but the doctor may also recommend that you undergo X-ray, ultrasound, or MRI. These tests will ensure that there are no other underlying conditions that are causing the pain.
